It is an honor to serve as the principal of this remarkable school community. At PACE West, we believe every student deserves to be known, valued, challenged, and supported. Our mission is to create a learning environment where students experience a strong sense of belonging, achieve meaningful growth, and develop the skills needed to thrive in school, in their communities, and beyond. 

Our students come to us with unique strengths, interests, and needs. Through high-quality instruction, individualized supports, and meaningful learning experiences, we are committed to helping every student make progress toward their goals while building confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills. We celebrate each student's journey and recognize that success looks different for every learner. 

At the heart of PACE West is a dedicated team of educators and support staff who are passionate about fostering both academic and social-emotional growth. We strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where students feel connected, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. 

We also recognize that strong partnerships with families are essential to student success. Parents, caregivers, and community partners play a critical role in supporting our students, and we value the trust you place in us each day. By working together, maintaining open communication, and focusing on what is best for each child, we can create opportunities for every student to succeed.
