(Workout) (Yoga Cool down)

Hi Everyone!

Above are two videos that I would encourage everyone to do for your PE block this Tuesday (11:30-12:30).  The first one is great workout video for all ages.  I've actually had my kids do it at home and they love it!  The second is a short yoga video that will help with flexibility and will serve as a cool down as well.   I hope you all enjoy it!
