Hi everyone and welcome back for another home edition PE workout!  Below is a low intensity home workout that we've used in class during our fitness month.  The students should be familiar with it.  I want to try something different after the workout video.  The second video is a focused on mindfulness.  I encourage the students to give it a try.  It's only 5 minutes long and can be beneficial if taken seriously .  

We will venture into Nutrition for this weeks Health lesson.  We will be talking about the building blocks of healthy eating and the benefits of it.
