We will use the same schedule we used last week going forward.  The students will have driver's ed on Tuesdays and PE on Wednesdays.   This weeks PE videos are listed below.  Please encourage them to give it a try and no equipment is needed.   The first video is a full body, core and cardio FITT workout.  FITT stands for Frequency Intensity Time and Type.  The second video will focus on stretching and cool down.

We will be reviewing distracted driving this week.  I will be posting a project regarding this topic next week.  The students will be able to raise their current grade if completed.
