Please plan to attend the virtual class session on Zoom, April 15 at 9:00 AM

Of course under these unique circumstances I am making considerable adjustments to the final paper.

T
he books "Beowulf" and "Grendel" are inaccessible right now in my classroom, and for the most part the local library are inaccessible as well. I propose the following solution:

  • Recall Beowulf's Grendel, write that portion of the paper from memory.
  • Retell the Grendel episode of Beowulf and including descriptives of how
    Grendel looks and acts.
  • Student will NOT be required to enclose in text citations with the paper, thus impossible without the novels available.
  • Student has read the first three chapters of the novel "Grendel". Try to express how unlike these two 'Grendels' are.
